All of our products are handmade in small batches. As a result, slight variations in colour, texture, or scent may occur. These natural differences are part of the unique character of our products.

Full ingredient lists are provided on each product page. It is your responsibility to review these carefully before purchase.

3. Allergies & Skin Sensitivities

It is essential that you check the ingredient list before purchasing.

If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, we strongly recommend carrying out a patch test prior to use.

We cannot accept liability for adverse reactions where ingredients have been clearly listed.

 

4. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to availability.

• Prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable UK taxes.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

• We accept PayPal and UK credit/debit cards.

Once your order is placed, you will receive confirmation via email.

 

5. Delivery

• We ship within the UK and may offer international shipping by arrangement.

• Delivery charges are displayed at checkout.

• UK mainland orders over £50 qualify for free delivery.

• Orders are typically dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class, with an estimated delivery time of 2–4 working days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will inform you if there are any significant delays.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods have been delivered.

 

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Change of Mind

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

• Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty.

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Please contact us within 7 days of receipt

• Include your order number and details of the issue

• We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving returned items

• Funds will be returned via your original payment method

• Sale or clearance items are non-refundable unless faulty
